Farm cottage
The cottage is approximately
120 years old. It has been totally renovated and modernised
and is deceptively spacious. The visitscotland inspector likened it to the Tardis!
There are three bedrooms, one
a double on the ground floor with ensuite shower, the other
two, twin rooms on first floor with large bathroom between
them with shower and fabulous 6' cast iron bath.
The twin bedrooms measure approx. 15' x 12'
The kitchen doubles as a dining room and the open plan lounge
and staircase opens off the dining area. There is a separate
utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and dog cage.
Ideal for drying golfing clothes. It also houses an extra small toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave in addition
to the usual items. The cooker has a gas hob and electric
oven.
There
are facilities for a bar-b-que.
